
I was prompted by various individuals to start this new project. I jumped into it head-first and feel rewarded already by what has been accomplished.
fundamental: the training center comes part from seeing what corporate gyms do not and possibly cannot approach. They usually hate people grunting, dropping their dumbells and running around shoe-less (CALOSHA) in their gym. Many trainers have decided to go 'underground'. In other words...gone home to train.
My facility is very small. Basically a two-car garage that has been converted so you and I can work out effectively. I use a minimal approach but with maximal benefit. This includes primarily the use of the TRX Suspension System that was developed by the Navy Seals. Click on this link: http://www.fitnessanywhere.com/. You will see what I am talking about. TRX Suspension training allows for the use of multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints simultaneously. During the workout participants will perform upper and lower body exercises that activate their core throughout and allow them to build strength, improve flexibility, balance and core stability. I also utilize Kettlebells, Jump Ropes, Medicine Balls and other items that many of you have seen in the fitness world but possibly not used. All of this simplicity to help us reach our particular fitness goals.
